LIVING/DINING ROOM
Huge 11' x 19' Living Area
Single Slide out: Booth Dinette (folds into twin bed) and Sofa
(folds out to full sized electric pop-up airbed) w/overhead storage
compartments, and two lights
Two fabric armchairs & small
table with panoramic window viewing (all windows have dual drawing
shades: one is translucent for daytime, the other is for complete
privacy.
They are self contained and match the interior fabric design perfectly)
Two bar stools that slide up to the kitchen bar area
Removable bar extension for extra counter top and more dining room
Entertainment Unit: Flat screen TV (removable to put up in bedroom)
w/ digital cable antenna, Brand new DVD/CD player combo that also has
outputs for game stations and iPod, surround sound speakers (3
buttons control where sound is heard: 1) dining/living room, 2)
bedroom, 3) outside). NOTE: due to upgrading the entertainment
component system last year, the newer model is smaller making a few
aesthetic imbalances in the overall view of the built-in
entertainment unit. You can view this in the photos. Lots of storage
within unit.
KITCHEN
Refrigerator (BONUS! Runs on gas or electric)
Gas Stove Range (3 burners) and Oven with overhead vent
Microwave
Pantry
Counter tops in perfect condition
Double Sink
Overhead and Under counter storage accessible from 2 sides
Grey water tank (38 gal) (separate from bathroom tanks allowing for more use between dumpings)
Digital Tank Checking Station: with a push of a button you can
monitor the fullness of your grey water and black water systems
BATHROOM
Oval Tub/ Stand-up Shower in immaculate condition and clean as a whistle!
Shower Skylight
Toilet (Bonus: I am including the toilet cleaning wand, “Happy
Camper” toilet/tank cleaning solutions, all of the grey water and black
water hoses and leveling components so you can hook-up and be ready to
go immediately. These things cost me well over $250 new. Also a large
black trashcan for storage of these less-than-appetizing parts between
moves, and they can also be used for their purpose when you’re hooked-up
and kicking back needing some place to toss your garbage!)
Sink, soap dish, toothbrush holder, and mirrored medicine cabinet
Lots of storage: wardrobe closets and vanity area storage shelves and cabinets
Small side window and overhead vent with fan
MASTER BEDROOM
Queen size bed that lifts up for under bed storage
Nightstand with drawers on each side of bed
Lots of overhead storage cabinets and 2 wardrobe cabinets
2 large windows with dual purpose shades (one is translucent, one is for privacy)
Second entrance door with fold-in handrail and fold-up steps
Ceiling vent

Exterior Details:
Hitch fits 2-5/16" ball for towing
2 refillable gas tanks (supplies hot water, heating, stove, oven,
and refrigerator is optional if camping without electric hook-ups)
Battery next to propane tanks.
Huge pass through storage area accessible from either side and
locks. This area is located underneath the bed in the master bedroom
near the front of the travel trailer.
2 grey water tanks, 1 black water tank (read bathroom section for specifics and bonuses!)
Hand tool for slide out (in case camping without electric)
Stabilizing jacks on 4 corners of travel trailer
Outside lights and speakers
Awning Bars installed but NO awning. There was one previous owner
before me and upon speaking to him, he suggested not getting the awning
replaced. He lost two with a quick gust of wind so encouraged a free
standing outdoor cover which worked perfectly for me and doubles when I
want an outdoor area when I am not using the camper. This also allows
for more options when setting up in unique areas where the extension of
the awning may be unusable as it takes up much room. With a separate
area you can place it where it makes the most sense wherever you’re
setting up.
